These terms apply to coaching plans, training support, consultations, and related services provided by Gorillic Force Coaching, unless a separate written agreement applies.

The scope of a selected plan is described at the time of booking. Coaching is tailored to the athlete's stated goals and may include training guidance, plan adjustments, feedback, and support within the selected package.

A request submitted through this website is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. A coaching plan becomes active only after Gorillic Force Coaching confirms availability and the agreed terms with the athlete.

Fees, billing dates, and payment methods are confirmed before a plan begins. Unless agreed otherwise, monthly plans are billed in advance for the relevant coaching period.

Coaching guidance is based on the information provided by the athlete. Athletes are responsible for sharing relevant health information, training limitations, and changes that may affect safe participation.

Coaching does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Athletes should seek advice from an appropriately qualified medical professional before training where needed and stop activity if they experience pain or illness.

Session changes, cancellations, and plan pauses are subject to the notice period agreed for the selected service. Gorillic Force Coaching may reschedule a session where reasonably necessary.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gorillic Force Coaching is not liable for injuries, loss, or damage arising from training performed outside the agreed coaching service or contrary to provided guidance.

Personal information is used to respond to enquiries and provide coaching services. Further information about data handling will be provided in the applicable privacy notice.

These terms may be updated for future coaching relationships. The version agreed when a plan begins applies to that plan unless both parties agree otherwise.
